??? “be stranger’?
Nana is speaking in an accent that we would probably place as being Eastern European and the common language is not her first language. She’s telling Kilo Monster he doesn’t always need to be a stranger, but obviously doesn’t always know when it is appropriate to place articles. It is an error on the character’s part.
Going over the webcomic again from the beginning with a friend and I never noticed that the first time. I love how it’s realistic, cause there are families like that. The kids speak the language of the country, and some of the adults struggle because it’s not their first language. Does this mean Ayshia is bilingual?
Aysh knows the common language more than the Dragis language, but enough that she probably still counts as bilingual.
